Import Duties, etc.

1.1) If you place an order on our site for delivery outside India, please be aware that the products may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country as well as shipping charges. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot determine their exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Delivery

a) We will make every effort to deliver the products within the specified delivery date or timeframes mentioned on the website or communicated to you via email. However, the delivery time is not considered essential to the contract between us.

b) If you fail to collect or accept delivery of the products, or if you do not provide adequate delivery instructions, we may, at our discretion, place the products in storage until delivery can be arranged. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred for storage, insurance, and subsequent delivery. We also reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and retain the products. If this occurs, we will refund the price of the products, but you will still be liable for any storage, insurance, and delivery charges incurred.

c) Any claims for incorrect deliveries, shortages, or damaged products must be notified to us in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in us being unable to address the issue or provide compensation.

d) Delivery Timeline would be 10-14 Days.

 

Cancellation, returns, refunds, and complaints

You have the right to cancel your order within 2 days of purchase. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing via email- khandelwalkritin123@gmail.com. Please indicate your desire to cancel the order and, if applicable, provide reasons for cancellation. Upon cancellation notification, you will be entitled to a full refund, including any delivery charges paid, within 30 days.

If the outer packaging is damaged upon receipt, please contact us. In the event that a return is necessary,We strongly recommend using recorded or special delivery for returned goods, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit. Please note that all goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
